If you would like to obtain more support for your daily practice after Introduction to Meditation, you are encouraged to take level 2. This course is also suitable for students who are familiar with the technique but who took a break and would like to restart the practice. Those who would like to understand more in depth how Yoga philosophy explains the mind and how the process of meditation creates the change would also find these sessions of benefit. The course will continue to explore different mantras and will help students who are interested in this practice choose their personal mantra.

- Obstacles students often face during meditation practice
- The four functions of the mind; four states of the mind
- Stages of meditation
- Mantras for meditation and how to choose your mantra
- How the other yogic paths help support the practice
This course consists of 5 sessions, 60-minutes each, meeting once a week.
