Most of our students continue with the second level in which they learn to hold postures longer, practice basic variations and become more comfortable with all aspects of the practice. This level is suitable for all who complete Yoga 1 – Introduction to Yoga. It gives students more confidence in their practice and more knowledge about all the details of the practice they may have missed in the first course. Course instructors will be able to help each student with their individual needs and assist them in achieving the next level in their yoga journey.

At times this course is adapted for online and may be conducted over the course of one week, meeting daily for 6 days.
